Preparation, filing and official communication on your behalf, at the fee agreed in your quote. Government and third-party fees are separate and charged at cost.

Professional fees and government fees are separate
Our professional fee covers our work on your case. Fees payable to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada — along with biometrics, medical examinations and language testing — are paid to those bodies directly and charged at cost. Your written quote sets out exactly which is which before you commit.

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation is short, free, and carries no obligation. It exists so we can both work out whether there is a case worth pursuing.
Why don’t you publish a fixed price list?
Because immigration cases vary enormously in complexity. A straightforward visitor visa and a refused application being rebuilt for reconsideration are not comparable pieces of work. We quote once we have seen the case, so the number you get is the number you pay.
Are government fees included?
No. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada fees, biometrics, medical exams and language tests are paid to those bodies directly and are separate from our professional fee. Your quote sets out which is which.
Do you handle refusal cases differently?
Refusal cases usually need more work up front, because the file has to be rebuilt around whatever caused the refusal. We will tell you honestly in the free consultation whether we think it is worth pursuing.
